The project has been designed as a mixed used shopping center and office building, 12 floors (3 underground and 8 above ), with 210.000 square meter closed area. Hilltown will be the first shopping mall in Turkey with an indoor and outdoor concept. Designed to be able to spend time in restaurants, shopping streets and open spaces in Hilltown facing the scenic islands. 2.000 square meters of entertainment area with 192 stores, 12 movie theaters, 40 cafes / restaurants and 2.400 cars parking spaces.
