Meltem has over 25 years experience of Design and Project Management. Meltem specialises in managing Design Teams on complex and multi-disciplinary projects with a special focus on Europe,MENA and the CIS. Meltem is based in Kiklop’s Istanbul office and is responsible for leading a team of Design Managers both nationally and internationally. The focus of Meltem’s international role includes the management and delivery of Design Teams across MENA and the CIS either directly to the Architect or through a Project Management delivery.
Talat acts as operation lead for KIKLOP Group. Talat’s approach is based upon a clear understanding of the construction process through the experience of working closely with architectural and engineering teams. He is focused on making sure that the issues that affect design, engineering and project completion are correctly managed.
Talat has a wide experience and special local know-how of working in the CIS and MENA and will harness his experience to lead the delivery of your projects.
Tülay is a highly motivated professional with proven design ability, project management, team leader and job running skills, and an ambition to attain a high level of success in Architectural practice. Tülay’s strongest skills are having a good decisive design sense, good client interface skills, proven project management and team leadership ability. Authoritative when needed in site Supervision and with a good business sense, always bring a professional approach to my work. Tülay communicates well with others both verbally and visually.
Mr. Kalkandelen stands with KIKLOP, with over 45 years of experience and both Bachelor and Master Degrees from Istanbul Technical University. He worked on very high profile global projects as design manager and coordinator. He concentrates on ensuring effectivene delivery design and project completion. With extensive experience and specialized expertise in many regions like CIS and MENA, he will leverage his knowledge to spearhead the successful delivery of your projects.
Selda was Assistant Professor in the Architecture Department, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (MSFAU). She holds PhD in Architectural Design Issues (MSFAU). Her research focuses on mostly Environmental Design, Sustainability and Ecological Architecture. She was also the Head of Environmental Analysis and Control Subdivision in MSFAU, and taught in the MSFAU. Now she spends most of the time lecturing in environment awareness at all levels - she enjoys mostly the time she spent with school children, and experimenting sustainable gardening in her small garden.
Murat, a seasoned architect over 25 years of professional experience. A graduate of Yildiz Teknik University, Murat has made significant contributions to prestigious projects across Turkey, the Middle East, and Central Asia. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from the initial concept phase to the meticulous preparation of construction drawings. Murat's unique blend of creativity and technical proficiency defines his approach, making him a trusted name in the industry, where his passion for architectural innovation continues to shine.
Aziz, graduated from architectural school 25 years ago, and for the past two and a half decades, he has been immersed in the realm of design offices and construction sites across various countries, including Turkey, Romania, and Azerbaijan. He puts a skill set that bridges the artistic and practical aspects of architecture that he brings to every project, making him a valuable part of the team.
Rifat brings over 40 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer to the table. For the past 24 years, he has excelled as a Project Manager and Engineer Director on a global scale. His tenure at global companies, where he served as an overseas Project Manager, has equipped him with extensive expertise in BS projects. Currently, Rifat serves as the Electrical Lead at Kiklop, showcasing his continued dedication and proficiency in the field.

Mr. Akdeniz brings accounting expertise and familiarity with financial statements, financial disclosures, auditing and internal controls to the Kiklop from his prior service. His senior management level experience also brings to the Kiklop additional perspective regarding the day to day operations of large organizations as well as corporate best practices.
With bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Istanbul Technical University, Cihan has over 18 years of professional experience in international projects in GCC, CIS and Europe, possessing an extensive knowledge and high proficiency in every aspect of design management and design coordination in major projects, from concept design stage to hand over. His hands on experience in design, construction management and in PMC/CMC organizations as well as leading several design teams in major projects with BIM/Integrated Project Delivery tools gives him a broad and valuable insight to provide simple and effective solutions.
An architect who graduated from METU with a passion for creating impactful architectural designs. While Semih has experience in various architectural projects in several countries, he has developed a particular interest in airport design. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge by studying Airport Design and Management, aiming to enhance his skills further. With a humble approach and a dedication to continuous learning, he strives to contribute meaningfully to our team's projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
