One of the exciting projects of ours in 2020, which permit documents submitted nearly end of this year. The complex is composed of two main functions; a hotel that serves people who wants to enjoy the city and river view with its total 152 rooms and 4 restaurants, and a bank-office building with its welcoming entrance and modest look. Both are settled respectfully to the natural environment on site and represent the idea of carrying their own nature on roof tops by elevating the green. This allows hotel visitors to luxuriate in retractable roof top pool and office employees to chill and be more fruitful within office hours.
