Special Features of Project : Flame shaped structure entirely equipped with Animated Illumination System symbolizing the “Eternal Flame of Baku” ,state symbol of Azerbaijan Republic. Site area is approximately 28,000 m2 and the project consist of 3 towers reaching to a max 181 m height.
